At Elite Replay Academy, we are committed to providing a high-quality training experience for every participant. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our clinics, practice sessions, and other programs.
If you are unable to attend a registered clinic or practice session, please notify Elite Replay Academy as soon as possible. Early notice allows us to better manage event planning and offer available spots to other participants.
Refund requests are reviewed based on the date of cancellation and the specific event or program.
Cancellations made well in advance of the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations made shortly before the event may not qualify for a refund due to event planning and reserved resources.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
Any event-specific refund deadlines or conditions will be provided during the registration process.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled clinic or practice session, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible event, subject to availability and approval by Elite Replay Academy.
Elite Replay Academy reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, instructor availability, facility issues, or other factors beyond our control.
If an event is canceled by Elite Replay Academy, registered participants will be offered one of the following options:
A full refund
Credit toward a future event
Transfer to a rescheduled event.
Participants who do not attend a registered event without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless the item was received damaged.
Customized or personalized merchandise may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or order error.
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable materials, online courses, and member-only content, purchases may be nonrefundable once access has been provided, unless otherwise stated.
